What to do, calmly. 5 steps, with phrases in Chinese to show.

  1. Step 1

    You are lost

    Open your hotel card big and show it to a taxi. It works offline.

  2. Step 2

    You need a doctor

    Call your insurance first, they tell you which hospital to go to. In an emergency, ambulance on 120.

  3. Step 3

    You lose your passport

    Go to the nearest police station to report it, police is 110. Then call your embassy or consulate.

  4. Step 4

    Battery dead

    Shops and restaurants have power banks to rent. Pay with Alipay and return them at any other machine.

  5. Step 5

    A booking goes wrong

    Message the provider you booked with, in their app. They help and rebook you. Your booking numbers are in the kit.
